! We ask that everyone READ and REPLY to this post, so we know who -has- actually read it !
Thank you!
For basic fellowshipping purposes, the following is a very simple guideline ...
In a fellowship ... do not run off ... do not mine ore or chop wood .... do not go on your own scouting mission .. FOLLOW THE LEADER and pay attention.
Pay attention to the fellowship!!!! (Leaders please wait for everyone to be present before starting and members do not ask the group to wait a 1/2 hour while you "finish a quest")
1. Lead Tank (most often Guardian) will be the ONLY one to draw monsters to us (pull agro). He will go into every fight FIRST!!! He will hit the monsters FIRST!!! Everyone will let the tank establish agro by giving him/her at least 5 seconds to hit the mob(s) several times first!
2. Lead Healer (most often Minstrel) will heal ONLY the lead Tank, as they will be taking the brunt of the damage given by the monsters, unless the fellowship is receiving AoE damage, and then the lead Healer will heal Fellows according to need... but if we have a secondary Healer in our Fellowship (i.e. Rune-Keeper/Lore-Master/Captain) it would be his duty to heal the rest of the fellowship while the lead Healer focuses on the lead Tank.
3. The Ranged Damager (most often Hunter) will support the lead Tank in attacking the Tank's target (have target assist enabled in your settings). The lead Crowd Controller (Burglar or LM) will be responsible for keeping thier pet on passive and stunning/mezzing only what the leader tells them to , and providing Fellowship Maneuvers or Debuffs. DPS: DO NOT PULL AGRO OFF THE TANK!!!!
4. The Debuffer (LM or Burglar) will weaken the Tank's target with debuffing skills. The Buffer (most often Captain) will provide buffs for the fellowship to strengthen it and assist the lead Tank in defeating his target.
5. All should have and use their "assist window". This means that all will focus fire and aim through the "assist window" so that all damage will be done to the mob that the guardian is hitting.
6. If you are in a fellowship ... do not run off ... do not run and mine ore or chop wood .... do not go on your own scouting mission. Pay attention to the fellowship!!!!
7. Fellowship Maneuvers should be: 3 greens and 2 blues unless all are dying in which case its all green. On the Boss .. if all are totally full health and power it is ok to do yellows.
Remember: "IF YOU PULL IT ... YOU OWN IT" .... if you pull agro off the tank .... you will die. We will rezz you when the battle is over.
8. The leader is the ONLY ONE TO OPEN THE CHESTS!
Thank you!
