Thank you for the info. I usually just game with my husband and so don't have any experience in big groups.

1. In a fellowship, the lead Tank (most often Guardian) will be the ONLY one to draw monsters to us (pull agro). He will go into every fight FIRST!!! He will hit the monsters FIRST!!! Everyone let the tank establish agro by giving him/her at least 5 seconds to hit the mob(s) several times first! GOT IT!!!!

A nice, basic run at fellowships. It might be nice to be known that the fellowship leader can actually set a fellowship maneuver as the current one. If he does so, then, when the little color wheel shows up to perform a fellowship maneuver, another display pops up that shows what maneuver the leader wants the group to use (3 greens and 2 blues, etc...).
It should also be said that unless a person has the actual maneuver in their skill list (which means they have used the maneuver successfully before) the guide will not show for them. For this reason, it's a nice idea to just get groups set up to practice fellowship maneuvers. some of the maneuvers are fantastic! For example, B R G Y B drops a HoT on the group as well as a PoT, puts a wound on the target, and summons an oathbreaker to assist your group in combat for a few moments. (The skill is called Wrath of the Oathbreakers)
Oh, btw, read it.

One other thing that has ruined a ton of fellowship maneuvers in groups I've seen is the target...
If you see a target pop up instead of the color-wheel, it means that someone in the group has initiated a fellowship maneuver on a mob that you don't currently have targeted. Your group can't get the maneuver off at full strength until all members are targeting the same mob, but, luckily, the target will switch your mob to the correct one just by clicking on it...then you should get the color wheel.
I know these are pretty basic, but I've also seen them happen regularly.

Hopefully soon I'll have a better avatar of this boyo up haha. He's still extremely underdeveloped.

I have read the rules, and will do my best to try to follow them.
I'm more used to "walk and talk" RP adventure style, where we have someone who helps keep strays or adds from beating on squishies, so I expect I'll have a lot to learn as to how such things are handled within this mechanic.
I am more than willing to do a practice run, and help others on theirs to learn the rhythm. Sun & Wed eves are usually not good for me. Mon, Tues and Thurs tend to be open, Fri & Sat eves I sometimes have events with alts in other kins. (All times servertime.)

I have yet to be in a "fOllowship" but the rules are the same common sense as in other games so I fully agree with them!
