As some of you may know from the LOTRO forums or the game's Twitter feed, Rick Heaton, the LOTRO Community manager, is leaving LOTRO to pursue other interests. Under the name Sapience, he has announced new information for players and provided updates from Turbine HQ for the past six years and has often been the link between the players and the devs. I took it upon myself to send him a message via Twitter on behalf of us all to thank him for his efforts :-)
