Hiya guys and gals. Just wanted to post here and say I'm back after my unannounced departure. Things have been good and so have I. I'm back to play casually, help my fellow kinmates, and just have a good 'ol time. It feels good to be back and glad to see that I'm still apart of such a wonderful and amazing group of people here in The Alliance. Lets bring forth protection and merriment to the free peoples of Middle-Earth!!!

Still a little sore but much better than yesterday. An old BMX crash (literally landed on my head with no helmet) combined with sleeping on it wrong and it was mucho painful. Shooting down my back and into my left arm, not fun. Thank you for your concern!

Glad to hear it's going well Neck & back injuries can be very severe, in my first aid classes I always learned not to move anyone who possibly suffers from one, and every person in need of first aid has a back and/or neck injury until proven otherwise... Always be careful with those, may leave permanent marks if not treated right!

I think it already did leave permanent marks. Injured it when I was 22, am 32 now. Since it happened, everytime I turned my neck a certain way, I would get a pinching/catching feeling in the base of my cervical spine. Definitely paying for living wild. Got a couple injuries from motocross too. Two ACL's, a rotator cuff, a couple concussions. Oh well, lived how I wanted to and dont regret a thing.
