Help with Heathfells

Heya guys, this is my first post so if I mess something up I apologize.

I am currently trying to finish up deeds in Dunland, and to make a really long story short, I stupidly got rid of a quest item - a dwarf pickax - that I need to continue a quest chain. It will not reappear. I cannot finish quests in the heathfells, therefore I can't finish quests in Dunland meta deed, or dunland deed meta deed. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share the quest with me as they pass through the Gap. I can help with anything from questing to crafting. Thanks!

Go to your quest log, find the quest you cannot do and hit the cancel button at the bottom. Then wait for the cooldown to pass (usually 5 minutes but in rare cases it's 24 hours), and talk to the person who gave you the quest, you should get the pickax back.
