If you wish to lead a fellowship we encourage you to do so. Many times you may do something that requires a fellowship on a spur of the moment whim, this is OK. If you wish to schedule a fellowship/raid run with the kin we ask that you follow these steps:
Fellowship /Raid Guideline
Leader: <who is leading>
What: <what you are leading>
When: <date and server time>
Where to Meet: <if players need to meet somewhere to join>
Goals: <what you want to accomplish>
Who: <who you need class, level, etc>
Details: <any extra information, how you plan on running the instance for example>
Rules:
1) There is only 1 leader of the group, all fellow members are to listen and follow the leaders instructions.
2) All goals will be completed before leaving the instances and time will be spent to train those that have not done them before.
3) Do not loot end chests until leader does so, if loot is to be rolled on do not roll for class / crafting items your character attending cannot use.
4) If you cannot abide by the rules don't ask to join. IF you break these rules you will be subject to removal from the fellowship.
The rules section will apply to all kin members for both spur of the moment and scheduled fellowship / raid events. Leaders we ask that you respect other players and be courteous, even in the event that someone makes a mistake. Take the time to explain to them what the mistake was so that may be willing to learn from it, to make future attempts much smoother.
- Copy and paste the guideline below into an in-game mail.
- Fill in the details for your fellowship / raid
- Mail the completed guideline to an officer so that may send it as kinship mail
