The only thing I have left for you now is the weekly freebie: a +100% infamy/renown gain scroll (x1), use coupon code PVMP4 (1/account). If you don't play a monster character or don't have a VIP lvl 80+, this freebie is probably pretty useless to you, but the other sales are great so it's no biggie imo.
