It happens quite often that parts of the landscape aren't loaded, so you can't see them but you can still bump into them or walk across. It's solved by moving to another area (for example: enter a building), and then come back so the entire area is reloaded. In this case it's not that easy since nothing is nearby

The Bree-Town hall was invisible for me at one point, but the flags were still hanging off the upper parts of it. Happily, that's not happened since. Bridges vanish on me, too. In Enedwaith, boulders and trees have been vanishing. They'd be not there, and for the second after my toon passes where it should be, it reappears. It's funny to see, but the frequency is starting to be annoying.
I read in the lotro forums, someone mentioned the tree-walls in the Old Forest near Bree were vanishing.

It's happening more often than before... And not just with me if glff can be trusted a bit. I hope the Helm's Deep update will bring a fix, it's quite annoying to bump into invisible buildings and structures all the time.
