<rant mode> Dear Turbine I just missed the event of the year, Weatherstock, because Turbine "had no time and money" to take decent precautions to prevent massive lag and such caused by the huge amount of players in 1 location... When I tried to enter the area, my character froze and shortly after I was kicked from the server. Cannot log in anymore now, and am pretty mad that I had to miss this... Way to go Turbine, you just scored some major negative points with me, and that has never happened before It was known months in advance that this event would take place today, the time was given, the location was given, and yet no actions were taken. Waiting one more year before I can finally witness Weatherstock live is something I don't look forward to, and I guess I won't be spending any more money in the next few months or even the next year. Heck, I'm not even certain that I'll still be playing at that time! I'm sure I'm not the only one who's mad right now, a lot of players were complaining in Lone Lands chat channels right before I got kicked, lag ruined everything. Your customer support isn't really in shape lately, I wouldn't be surprised if LOTRO doesn't take any Dragon Slayer awards home this year because I can imagine that there are a lot of other games who do more to fix what's going wrong instead of focusing on new content and features all the time.
