There's currently a sale on the LOTRO Market on Riders of Rohan: until July 11th, you can get the pack at a discount of -50% (on all editions). After July 11th, the heroic and legendary editions will no longer be available, so this is your chance if you were thinking about buying one of these!
Sales in the LOTRO Store (July 4 - 11) are Monster classes, traits and skills at a -25% discount, and a permanent reduction in the recovery time of your milestone skills by 30 minutes (also at -25%).
The weekly freeby is a 100% renown / infamy x1 tome (for PvP play), the code to enter is KPYE9.
LOTRO also has summer store deals every weekend, this weekend these deals will include discounts on Sturdy Steel Keys (40%), the virtue Zeal (35%) and the premium relic pack (30%).
Apart from that, there's also a new mount in the store (Steed of the Iron Hills, 250 morale and +68% speed bonus). It will remain available in the store until July 31th, along with the Steed of the Rune-Keeper, Steed of the Khundolar and the Heavy Set of the Wold.
