Hello Everyone, Eomar/Conygham here, some of you may have noticed I haven't been on in a few days, and that is bc I am still not able to update my client to the latest patch. I am continuing to work for a resolution of this, but in the mean time my subscription is ticking away and I am unable to login.

Wow.. that sucks. I had to restart my client and start over the first time I tried to update, but it worked after that. Have you poked Turbine Support for help yet?

I sent them a ticket I'm waiting to hear back. I've tried everything short of re-installing the game. Its giving me an error saying unable to decrypt and de-serialize the data from the download server. Hopefully I'll hear from Turbine Today and I'll be able to get back on soon.

That seems to be a different problem, I'm not even getting that far. When I first open the launcher and it goes through the checklist it only gets to verify game data. I've also noticed it freezes though at this point. I've still not even got my auto reply from turbine yet though so I guess I'm playing the waiting game at this point.

Hmm... Now I can't even log into the LOTRO forums. Then I called Customer Support, was told I was deaf, to stop calling, and then they hung up. As much as I like LOTRO I have very strong feelings about where my money goes and I'm not sure I can support a company that is willing to treat its customers like shit.
