I can select the file but it won't upload. Is this disabled for regular members or is it some bug?

Apparently I can't upload files through Google Chrome. I was able to do so through Firefox though, don't know why Chrome doesn't work (it doesn't show the white box next to the "browse files" button).
Anyways, I uploaded some .abc files, hope you enjoy them!
