Herebrand here. Further to Thorovir's post regarding the awesome fan film The Hunt for Gollum, here is another astonishing film.
It is called Born of Hope and it is based on the life of Arathorn, Aragorn's father. This film is drawn from the appendices in The Lord of the Rings and other pieces written by Tolkien concerning the history of the Dunedain. This was a completely not-for-profit fan film funded by donations from fans and the crew's own pockets. Have a look at the excellent website. The link for the film is below
