Yeah, I know who you're talking about.
I read the thread, and I'm pretty close to leaving the game myself. I can't abide the griefing anymore. I don't really care if people say I'm letting the troll win, because he isn't really winning if I go play someplace that makes me happy.

For what it's worth, I've cancelled my (VIP) subscription. I've spent too much on LotRO to have incorrigible trolling go ignored.
The aforementioned douchebag was, IIRC, the first person to end up on my ignore list. Having heard on the LotRO forums that he even announces in chat his intention to troll and RP-grief, I'm tempted to take him (temporarily) off my ignore list just to see what douchebag-y things he says. hehe
The other day I heard of an incident where a group of people had a little dance party going in front of the Pony, and someone came along and force-emote'd them till they accosted her (the character was female, IIRC) about it, to which she replied to the effect that "this isn't an RP server, it's an RP-Encouraged server" (hence the [EN-RE] in the server's name). This makes me wonder if on Laurelin—the one(?) dedicated RP server—they're as lenient (read: ignore protests about RP-griefing) as they are on Landroval.
