At least I can see these...unlike the invisible dragon that attacked me in the Entwash Vale last week.

Wow. Good job he was trapped in the Pony. He would have gone on a rampage around Bree o therwise hehe. I bet everyone in the Pony got a bit of a shock when he appeared :-p Part of me thinks this should happen more often, just to keep us on our toes :-)

I totally agree with you on that Here. Would be a fun to have watched and wish it happened more often. I wouldn't mind helping take out a troll in the Prancing Pony

I don't know who came up with the idea of releasing these monsters in the cities or inside buildings, but there are players out there who are working on titles based on NOT dying. It's one thing if they go out looking for danger, but when they think (and rightly so) that they're safe in a tavern simply roleplaying, how rotten is it to suddenly have a monster dropped into your lap!
Back when I used to play UO, I was a DM on a shard. We had the mother of all monsters called a Pit Fiend. These guys would strike terror in the hearts of everyone. One day for haha's, I made a powerless Pit Fiend and dropped it into the middle of a crowd and watched them all run like terrified rabbits....now that was funny. I knew no one would get hurt, but they didn't. But later, when everyone found out it was harmless, they all laughed their butts off at how they all scattered. Now THAT is something Lotro might try doing if people want haha's.

I can see much hilarity ensuing from a prank involving a dragon... :-p

That was more weird than anything else. All I could see was a stream of fire coming towards me out of thin air. My only option was a tactical retreat :-)
